Welcome to Mastery Tutoring. By accessing or using our website masterytutoring.icu and our tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services

Mastery Tutoring provides one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in various academic subjects, test preparation, and study skills coaching. Services may be delivered in person at our Austin office, online via video conference, or at mutually agreed-upon locations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling sessions, creating an account, or communicating with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws.

3. Payment and Billing

Session fees and package rates are as published on our pricing page or as quoted. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice; existing prepaid packages will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session or a charge equal to the session fee. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mastery Tutoring and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality tutoring and accurate information, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, test scores, or results. Individual student results will vary based on effort, prior knowledge, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastery Tutoring and its tutors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or package giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mastery Tutoring, its officers, directors, employees, and tutors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and tutors are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to terminate services to any client who violates this code or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, where appropriate, via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
